Ceiling repair/ insulation removal and replacement

Bedroom ceiling has mold spores (shown in ohotos). I'd like someone to enter ceiling locate the problem and provide repair quote on any damage caused & identify source of damage. Ceiling insulation may need replacement in some places. Additionally the ceiling in passage has a bow, I'd like fixed. I have an installed flue (for a pot-belly) in lounge pulled down and ceiling fixed. I have a roofing specialist to fix the external work on roof but I'd like the internal ceiling fixed too.
