New Bathroom

I'm looking to completely upgrade my small bathroom. This is a 60 year old house and has original Tawa floorboards. The bathroom is 168cm x 204cm and the walled corner behind the door is 38cm x 76cm There was originally a lino covering over the floorboards in the bathroom but it peeled off recently. Would like to replace it with a new cement fibre floor to cover the floorboards, then tile it with plain white tiles and also put a new drain in the centre of the floor. There have recently been some waterproofing problems as well, so I'd like to tile all of the walls with the same tiles. The bathtub is very old and I have bought an --- shower (which should just fit in nicely) to replace it. The shower will go in the corner where the bathtub taps are currently. The bathroom vanity is still fine and I'd like to keep it if possible. I'm also open to suggestions and recommendations.
