Bathroom reno

I had the plumber over today due to a leak in the bathroom. Long story short it looks as if we will need to pull down all tiles above the bath / shower as there is no waterproof product between the tiles and the gib. Looks as if it may not even be aqualine. House built in 50s. Very wet timber. Timber around mixer etc looks to be ok and I think it will not need to be replaced. I suspect that we will need to pull bath out - pull down tiles, re gib - re tile - install bath. Timber under bath looks to be very wet when looking from under house. May get away without replacing it Not rotten but very wet. photographs attached. Job needs to be done asap as wife is pregnant and due in three weeks, just to add to the tight deadlines. Work can be done at any time. Two walls to be relined with aqualine. Membrain installed and then retiled. Bath will need to be removed in this process. Photograph is just of what we pulled down to fix the leaks etc. It was a rubbish job done by previous owner. The real damage I think is because the tiles grout wasn't very good, no waterproof in place. This is why I think the rest will need to come down. Tiles at either end of the bath 1800 high. also length of bath. standard to small bath. Have been looking at doing the bathroom up anyway so may as well discuss options. Open to simply fixing the problem, however we are also open to a reno hence the 5k plus indication. I am however mindful of everything we have on our plate at the moment.
