Damp Bathroom find problem

This job is for a client. Initial job is to do a full assessment of the damp areas of the house and to find what is causing mold in the bathroom. Once the assessment is done funding needs to be applied for to get the problem fixed. I need a quote for the assessment and then I need a quote for the work that the assessment is going to recommend.
