Fixing known roof leak, inspecting for other weathertightness issues.

This is to repair a long-term roof leak on a dormer of 2nd floor where flashing of top of dormer joins roof above. May need plasterboard, framing and cladding repaired. Roof is stratco superdek roofing, side of dormer is weatherboard. May require inspection of rest of roofing and 2nd story weatherboard for other weathertightness issues.
