Subfloor timber repair quote

Deteriorated subfloor timber There is deteriorated and rotting timber in the subfloor area underneath the bathroom and laundry area. This deterioration and rotting is to the flooring, joists and in one area of the bearer with along with the joists is a structural component to the subfloor. The worse area is under the toilet and it spreads from there which suggests is where the moisture is coming from some of the timber will need replacing so I would appreciate any advice as to what the estimated costs may look like.
