Aluminium window leak and sill replacement

This is a corner window seat that has been leaking at the corner joint. The leak was not visible and the paint concealed the rot that set in at the corner. The rot has got to the extent that the best solution is probably replacement of the sills, and the leak will need to be PERMANENTLY fixed. This is not a "builders bog and silicone" job. Needs to be done in the next 3 or 4 weeks but sooner is better.
