Remove Brick, Install Flashing, Replace Brick

We have a two story house where the exterior of the house is brick upstairs and cinder blocks downstairs. The brick seems to absorb the water when it rains in a particular direction, the water then seems to travel down the wall and into the cinderblocks and then into the house. We want some flashing put in between the cinder blocks and bricks so that the water should hit the flashing and go towards the outside :D If this is something you can do then please contact us to organise an estimated quote.
