Shower repair - fix leak in liner or tray (plumbing is fine)

Hello, We need someone as soon as possible who is able to fix a leaking shower liner/tray (or replace liner if needed) on our rental property. We've had a plumber pressure test the pipes etc and he says it's not a plumbing issue but a problem with the sealant degrading in the shower liner or tray, possibly due to not being correctly done when it was originally installed. Shower was installed about 5 years ago. The water from the shower is leaking into the corner of the adjoining bedroom. Thanks and look forward to hearing from anyone that can help!!
