Kim and Simon make an awesome team. Kim always picks up the phone and times arranged could suit us too. Job well done because Simon has an eye for detail by spotting other things that needed repairs and maintenance when he was walking around the house, and addressed them along with what was initially required. Those wouldn't have been spotted or fixed otherwise. A happy camper and would be in contact again.
