Currently doing due diligence on this property. Building inspection report indicated moisture damage to wall linings including mould and mushrooms and the carpet was very wet in this area. This part of the house is on the basement level of the property and against/below the driveway level. Ensuite to this bedroom also has floor to ceiling wet readings. It was indicated that this section of the wall was resealed recently. Bedroom 3 wardrobe corner has moisture damage and wet carpet. Require a waterproofing person to go and complete an assessment of the level of water issues and quote on cost of remedial work required to fix this. Preferably someone who can then also carry out the remedial work afterwards.
