Bethlehem Balustrade pedestals need to be installed on house deck. One done. One needs doing.

We have 2 first level balconies. One has had pedestals and improved waterproofed connections installed recently. The builder has now left town. The other balcony needs doing. There are 6 connection points. They need a pedestal and improved waterproofing connection so water doesn't penetrate through. The cavity has been check and there is no internal work required and no previous leaking. This is precautionary only. Both balconies also need a modification to the bottom of the balustrade, as the pedestals have caused a non-complicance with the 100mm minimum distance. I was thinking an alloy attachment affixed to the balustrades. Easy access. Drive up. The photos are of the one balcony that has been completed. Detail on other balcony to match.
