We have a leak which appears to be from the deck above our downstairs entrance. It leaked after a few days of heavy rain and we have removed a patch of gib in the ceiling to see if any of the framing was wet, which it luckily wasn't. We have located the leak and temporality patched it with silicone from the deck. We need someone to seal it properly, check over the rest of the deck to ensure we don't get anymore leaks etc please. Any suggestions on decking would also be a great help, as we do not want the waterproof membrane exposed to the elements anymore. It's currently only covered with artificial turf.
