internal guttering causing leaking in to room

A room off my Patio is leaking badly which has internal guttering between the roof and roof of the attached Garage I have basically emptied the room and pulled ceiling panels off I feel the fault is the Internal guttering -- it also leaks into the Patio which is just outside the "Room
