Laundry door frame water leak from exterior deck

Exterior deck has been waterproofed. During cyclone Gabrielle due to heavy rain and wind direction (perfect storm) water came through under door frame and leaked through to downstairs ensuite. Has not happened again, but needs to be fixed. I have available schedule of works which was done to waterproof exterior deck which has remained watertight. The company who originally did the exterior deck “Greystoke” do not appear to still be in business. I have no idea of cost so please ignore the dollar value below.
