Assessment and repair

water condensation in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms in a three bedroom house. The house is a relocatable and has been fully renovated in October 2013. Tenants moved in on January 2014. Since the beginning of this winter, tenants noticed condensation just in the celings of one bedroom. I would like this to be checked to see if this water collection is due to condensation or to a leak and an estimate provided to fix the problem.
