The job was started and but done poorly and needed to be redone. After a month Oncore wasn't interested in coming back and doing the job correctly. Really disappointed. I would not recommend or engage with Oncore again.

"Hi Tony. Thank you for the feedback. I admit our service levels was not up to standard on this job and I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. The work sealing around the window frame was done well, however the water leak is most likely coming from the roof area. As was explained to you our handyman left which resulted in us not being able to complete the job and therefore we have provided you with a full refund."
