Chimney cap has blown off. Scope 1 provide and install new chimney cap, inspect entire chimney for external waterproofing, rectify as required. Scope 2 (in addition to scope 1) provide and replace corroded chimney flue This is a difficult roof, requestor acknowledges likely requirement for scaffolding to safely access chimney. There is a veranda roof with possible suitable load bearing 180 x 45mm beams.
