Windows and ranch slider new seals throughout the house

Hi, I am needing my aluminium windows and ranch slider seals replaced as they are showing their age and not really forming a great seal when closed. I am talking about the seal that the windows close on and the seal the the ranch sliders move along. There are a handful of windows that may need the rubber seal that keeps them in place replaced or refitted, not too sure though. Happy to chat when scoping job. 2 x aluminium ranch sliders 11 x aluminium windows (some of these windows have up to 2x opening windows) Photos to try and show what sort of seal I am talking about.
