Change the water supply from tank to council water pipe.

Previously, we used the water from the tanks. However, I opened a miserable tap for watering the garden. Then, the pump can not be activated even though I open the tap in the house after closed the miserable tap. The pump functionality is ok and it works fine when the downstairs open the taps. After discussion with house owner, we agree to use the water supplied by council (we already has, but rarely use). Hence, the job will be relating to the following points: 1, change the water supply from tanks to the council pipe. 2, due to consideration of insurance, we may need a licensed worker.
