Leaking window frame/potential roof issue

There is a leak between the window framing where it meets the wall. On a heavy downpour, it drips in 2 different spots. We can't access the area where the water may be coming in as there is a carport blocking it. We do have issues with ventilation in the house but the carport looks like it was made by a novice.
