Tile deck leaking

We have 12 square meter tile deck leaking down to the dinning room. I would like to have it waterproofed with duradeck or any other methods. The work involves : 1. Remove tile and membrane 2. Create joist fall 3. 150mm weatherboard cut 4. Waterproofing 5. Flashings when necessary 6. Waterproof to the deck door floor 7. Finish material
