Retile shower floor

We are looking for a tiler to lift one square metre of tiles from shower floor and replace. We are concerned that the waterproofing will be compromised when the tiles are lifted so need someone with a waterproofing certificate. Please do not reply or quote if you are not prepared to follow through with the job as we are tired of tilers coming to quote and then overquoting or deciding they are too busy to do the job. It's a medium sized job and wouldnt imagine its too glamorous but needs attending to.
