I have an upper level deck with butenol and this has been tiled. It is leaking into the ceiling cavety and down into the living area below. I need a permanent repair for the leak, and permanent repair for the deck and balestrade. The leak seems to be coming from the corner where the deck meets the wall and access door . There also seems to be another leak on another corner of the deck, probably agrivated by the glass balestrade and the high winds we experience. The mounting of the glass balestrades will need to be considered, as probably the current attachment method is not suitable. The ceiling and some of the woodwork in the ceiling cavety and some of the board the butenol roofing is fixed to will need to be replaced. The butenol roofing will need to be replaced or another roofing sealling method considered.. Ideally finishing of with painting inside and retiling the deck area
