We have a store room (approx 18m2) attached to the detached garage that we want to renovate - re-gib, new celing and plaster etc - to make it habitable. It involves removing a small wooden divider, replacing a window and then fixing the walls and ceiling. It will also require a rewiring of the current electrical box and light fittings. We will re-carpet and paint ourselves.
