Waterproofing Block walls

We need the interior basement of a 1970s block home waterproofed. Two walls are painted and need sandblasting first. Two walls back an old water tank that is attached to the house, not painted but need waterproofing as seeping. Job is actually in Wainui (off the new Millwater Off ramp) We need this job finished by 8 June, so if someone is available to do it this weekend that would be great.
