Install flashing etc

Hi all I’ve just noticed my carpets are soaked from the rain we’ve had the past week. I’m assuming there’s no flashing tape inside? If someone can assist me with this. I’m positive that our current windows will need to come off so that the problem can be fixed. Please let me know if this job is for you. I’m needing it done asap so that our new carpets don’t get soaked and mould.
