We have a tiny leak in our roof, where rainwater gets under the flashing round the base of our bathroom extractor outlet (or possibly just above, through a join in the corrugated iron). All it needs, we believe, is a bit of sealant - but access is a potential problem. It's a 2-storey house and the roof is steeply pitched. The repair is too small a job to warrant the expense of scaffolding, so we're looking for someone able, and happy, to go up there in a safety harness. There is a flat section of roof immediately below the outlet from which to work. Access could be via ladder from directly below, or from a 2nd-storey deck at the end of the house. See photos - which appear to have uploaded in reverse order. We've been trying in vain to find someone to do this for months and would like it done before Christmas. Failing that, we'd like a definite date as early as possible in January, as we want to be certain the job done will be done before we put the house on the market at the end of that month. Our address is 88 Airlie Road, Plimmerton, Porirua 5026; tel. ( --- .
