Leaky home

Hi We have black mould in the bedrooms of our home. Which we think may be coming thru the walls. We would like to get in someone who can found a leak then do repairs. Also Some of our wooden window frames are Draughty and will need to be repaired or replaced. The house was built in 1975. In 2000 we extend the house by adding an extra floor on top. We have a young child in the house and myself who both have respiratory problems. I need to get the black mould and leaking Fixed as soon as possible Kind Regards, Lesley
