This certifies that the property at the below address has been assessed by Sustainability Trust, with the below breakdown of compliance by the Healthy Homes Standards. 5 Gaff Place,Whitby, Porirua Draught Stopping - Not compliant Things that need to be addressed include: Draughts There are some gaps in the bedroom window and bathroom that allow air to come inside the property even when the windows are closed(pictures attached). I recommend sending someone to repair them (we do not quote for these jobs) and once the problem has been fixed, please send us proof of the work done (invoice and pictures) for us to update the statement on this assessment. Extra Notes (Not HHS related) While doing the assessment noticed that the heat transfer system towards the downstairs apartment is broken rendering this duct useless. I would recommend sending someone to check on this or even remove this duct since no heat will be transferred to a bottom floor.
