Waterproofing around a Chimney
Job description
Need a Roofer/ Waterproofer for an area around the Chimney. This had existing sealant/ ineffective Tape around it from the previous owners, and have discovered cracks around the flashing used which appears to be thin or flexible metal which has snapped or cracked in areas- please see photos. Hoping to have this one fixed soon before the next rain and if possible today as its very still and sunny. Access is very easy and the photo is taken from right next to the roof from a balcony deck.

Very good tradesperson who knew what they were doing with the leak on the roof, and also ensured it was fixed by following up after the job. Highly recommend Frazer.
