Remedial work after water leak

Water leak from valve below hot water cylinder has been repaired but remedial woodwork is now needed: removal of weetbix chipboard in hot water cupboard and replace chipboard, replacement of gib on 1+ walls in laundry, which is next to hot water cupboard. The hot water cylinder will need to be taken out by my plumber at the appropriate stage. Insurance has been approved.
