Sagging floor in the shower room

The floor in the bathroom is sagging. It happened two years ago and I suspected there is an issue with the wooden floor underneath as the house was flooded seven years ago. I have another job posted that also relates to the floor underneath. Please check it out whether you may also help. I have no idea what category the job is in for tradies until the cause of the problem is found.
