Floor Replacement in bathroom

My bathtub seems to have been leaking over the past couple of years. I have only just noticed it now, and by the looks of it, it has leaked through the wall has rotted the floor underneath in the bathroom and part of the floor in the adjoining bedroom. The bath needs to be replaced and tiling on the walls. Part of the floor will also need to be removed and replaced in the bedroom.
