Shower tray replacement

Hi There, My shower tray is broken at one place and we could feel softness underneath (going in) when we press or step on to it. It looks to be leaking too. Not sure if we can fix underneath and replace tray or whole shower needs to be done? Not sure if we need both builder & plumber to fix whole thing? House is in Manurewa East.
