clad wall repair

moisture meter readings under dining room window. no sign of visible water ingress. this window is on plaster cladding and has a small amount of soffit protection. Water could be getting through where the joinery meets the plaster on the sides, along the plaster sill and possibly the window itself. I would like for the timber condition to be checked and sealing around the window to be done.
