Window & door seal replacement (& double glaze)

The bedroom and lounge window and doors off these rooms have failed healthy homes assessment for a greater than 3mm gap. The comments in the report are shown in the photos - seals have shrunk, sash friction stays are worn, sash does not close tightly. I assume the seals will all need replacing. I need this work urgently quoted and scheduled to be completed. At the same time I would also like to get a quote for double glazing for the windows.
