Old flashing require replacement

Small section of flashing at the bottom edge of a roof has rusted away leading to a leak. The flashing should be covering where the roof drains onto a chimney stack. House is a 1940s state house, brick and tile. Flashing needs replacing, as well as a small section of scribed facia board on the gable above.
