2nd Story House Leak

Currently have a leak from 2nd storey through to the ceiling below in the kitchen. Above is a tiled balcony that has a slider door into a bedroom. Initially it was assessed the tiles were failing, this was repaired. A flood test was completed on the tiles and passed. On the recent weather and driving wind and continuous rain it has leaked again. Concluding in the fact that this was not the main issue. It appears to be underneath the ranch slider that is the issue, unless it’s driving under the tin roof tiles. It is difficult to tell where the leak is from as in the ceiling below with the jib opened up there is like a 30mm think marine play that blocks the visibility ( no cavity due to the 2nd story) to the roof or leaking area.
