Leaking Window Frame

I have one large window that is leaking through the top of the timer frame. Only leaks when there is a strong wind and rain. I am unsure where or how the rain is getting in through the window frame. There is an exterior window trellis/shade that may be contributing to the leak. The timeframe is flexible, within the next 1-3 months is ideal.
