Membrane waterproofing of roof extrusion

We have a piece of ducting that has been installed into a bituflame membrane roof. Presently this has been done temporarily using silicon but it needs to be properly bonded with the roof for a better long term seal. This job will involve cleaning up the joining area and properly sealing it to the roof using torch-on membrane strips (bituflame). This area of the roof is easily accessed from an adjacent balcony without safety issues.
