Rising Damp in old double brick villa

I have blistered plaster on three internal rooms that all face west. The crawl space does not seem particularly damp, but the problem started appearing some time after the heavy rains in January 2023. There is no obvious place for water to get into the crawl space. You will need to come to property to assess what needs to be done.
