Check and Replace Aqua Seal
Job description
Roof leaking into a wardrobe as a result of the aqua seal over the kitchen extractor fan pipe having a tear in it. A temporary fix has been attempted by sealing the tear but the aqua seal needs to be replaced as the roof is still leaking into the wardrobe when it rains. The roofer who attempted a temporary (and unfortunately unsuccessful) fix on the tear said it is the result of poor workmanship when the seal was initially installed. I'd like the bathroom extractor fan pipe seal checked as well just to be sure it is not in bad shape also. The house is a 2-storey townhouse in a terrace of 4 in a townhouse complex. The roof is accessible with a ladder.

I am very happy with the work Karl has done on our roof, fitting a new dektite to replace our damaged one that was leaking into a wardrobe. The cost was as quoted, Karl arrived at the time confirmed and the job was completed in under a couple of hours. Communication was great, via text in advance and then throughout the job. Karl took safety on the job seriously and took care of our property outside and inside. I hope our roof doesn't leak again but would happily call Karl if it did.
