Shower tray crack assessment/quote/repair

I have noticed some flex in the shower tray and have also found a few cracks (approx 9cm, and 3cm, see photo) in a central area. I would like to get some options on what can be done to remedy this, i.e repairing the cracks, or replacing the tray, or replacing the whole shower. There are also a areas that could do with resealing around the shower.
