Tanking for leaking basement room. #2

We have a leaking block wall in a basement room. It needs to be tanked which will involve digging a trench approx 7m long and 1.2m deep. Happy to accept recommendation of either torch-on or self-adhesive membrane. Access is difficult so I think it would probably have to be dug by hand. The home is currently tenanted, but we're not far away. I just have to give the tenants 24 hours notice. Sorry it's taken us so long to get back to you but we had another tradie who was keen, then finally dropped the job. I can send photos of the access if that would help. kind regards, Mike

Pedro and Matthew were outstanding to deal with. They were experienced, efficient, and communication was excellent. Most importantly, the quality of the workmanship was superb.
