Building leak due to outside damage

We have a leak in a downstairs room which looks like an outside board may have been the cause. The water is isolated to one spot and looks to only come in when it rains - but the carpet has been wet and is deteriorating. We anticipate some internal wall/gib replacement.

Highly recommended. Fixing water naturally coming from under the property through a retaining wall into a downstairs room, Mike and team were exactly what we needed. Mike led the process, fitting us into his already busy schedule. Room was left undecorated for 6 weeks afterwards and is dry as a bone.
