"Maintenance was carried out which was crucial in maintaining the waterproof floor and wall junction seals and grouting which we recommend being maintained +-2.5 years. (Silicone is not forever-de lamination is not visibly seen) When left there's usually water ingress causing damage to wall internals surround, gib, framing etc.
