House maintenance

Just received a builders report for buying a house and need a quote for the work on the following areas: 1) Bathroom- external walls, floors adjacent to shower, cabinetry and vanity replacement, shower linings screen to base junction. 2) Kitchen and main door - Dining and lounge windows had higher moisture readings and may need flashing. 3) Exterior - compression seals for some junctions, need some cladding repaired/replaced and join headings joined with flashings. Modify some flashings to have 15 degree fall. Modify angle flashings to protrude far enough. 4) roof cavity - one light too close to framework 5) Some of bracing to foundations have been cut to allow for garage door so determine whether extra support required. Need to know what is urgent to do now and what the quote might be. Also have an additional stairs that we would like to put in but this is less of a hurry.
