Leaking Window

There is a window in our master bedroom that appears to have a leak in one corner that has gone down into the wall. The image of the wall cut out that is attached to this job shows that the beams inside the wall show some water damage. Of more concern is the hole that has appeared in the floor beneath the leaking window corner. A picture of this is also attached. I am looking for someone to fix the leak but also identify what damage has happened as a result of it and repair it.
