Flashing repair around pop up attic - asbestos/concrete tile roof

Hi we have a roof on our house that has Hardie tiles that contain asbestos. They are in great condition as we have had them painted. Our problem is not the tiles but the flashing around the pop up attic as it is letting in water when it rains. We’d also like to get the flashing around the chimney checked too. This needs to be done ASAP as water is leaking in in 3 different places every time it rains and is getting worse each time. We’d like a quote to get the repair done. Thanks.
